Procurement Portals and News

MetroLink’s eSourcing Portal

MetroLink is excited to announce the launch of its new eSourcing portal, designed to make the procurement process simpler, faster, and more efficient for suppliers. This portal will now serve as the central hub for all direct procurement activities with MetroLink, including access to and submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Invitations to Tender (ITTs).

What does this mean for suppliers?

To participate in upcoming procurement opportunities directly with MetroLink (as a Tier 1 or main contracted supplier), suppliers must register on the MetroLink eSourcing portal. The registration process is quick and easy, taking around 10 minutes to complete. We strongly encourage suppliers to register as soon as possible to ensure they are ready for future opportunities.

What about eTenders and the Opportunity Portal?

In line with legal requirements, Prior Information Notices (PIN), Contract Notices and Contract Award Notices will continue to be published via eTenders.

The Opportunity Portal will be launched during 2026 and will sit alongside the MetroLink eSourcing portal.  It will provide transparency of subcontracting opportunities in the MetroLink supply chain.
