Market Engagement, Forming our Supply Chain
Our suppliers will be essential in the successful delivery of MetroLink, and we are committed to building strong, collaborative relationships from the outset. We are proud of the progress made so far and are now inviting potential key supply chain partners to join us on this transformative journey.
Most goods and services will be procured through Tier 1 suppliers. These primary contractors will play a central role in delivering the programme and will, in turn, engage their own supply chains to fulfil various aspects of the work.
This approach will generate a wide range of sub-contracting opportunities, creating space for businesses of all sizes to contribute.
We will work in collaboration with our Tier 1 suppliers to actively open up supply chain opportunities for SMEs and local businesses. See our Working with SME page for more information.
In September 2025, MetroLink launched a series of Market Engagement events to connect with global suppliers.
The first event took place in Dublin, followed by further events in London, Paris, Milan, Berlin, Vienna, Madrid and Istanbul.
These events provided an opportunity for the MetroLink team to share information about the MetroLink programme, outline upcoming procurement opportunities, and begin building strong, collaborative relationships with the market.
Market Engagement 1:1 Meeting Requests
As the events are now complete, we have moved into a series of prescheduled 1:1 Market Engagement meetings in November and early December, broken down by package (M100, M400 and M500).
If you would like to request a 1:1 Market Engagement meeting, please email: supplychainmetrolink@tii.ie quoting 'Market Engagement 1:1 Meeting Request” in the subject line and include the following information:
- Full name & Title
- Email address
- Organisation
- Package of Interest (M100, M400, M500)
- Please briefly outline your organisation's business need/ objective in attending this meeting.
The majority of 1:1 Market Engagement meetings in November and December will take place at our TII office in Dublin, with the exception of 3 days in London (November 12-14). If you would like to request a meeting in London please make sure to note that in your email.
PDP: Please note that we are no longer taking 1:1 Market Engagement meetings around the PDP as those tender documentation will be issued shortly.
